My good Mum sent me my wayward camera. I was have expecting that she would fill my memory card with pictures of her little dog, or maybe a semi-embarrasing picture of my dad asleep in his chair, but she was nice and left my camera alone.
Back in September when I was planning on seeing my sister and her family and my brother and his lovely fiance all over Thanksgiving, I thought it would be fun if all the ladies had coordinating aprons to wear as we prepared the big meal. Alas, plans were changed and what was to be a very large family Thanksgiving turned out to be limited to a simple one of just four of us. But I sent everyone their aprons anyway and Mum and I wore ours as we toiled away in the kitchen.
We also partook in a wonderful family tradition that I was happy to share with Dan. Sausage Making! The four of us worked together to mix in the super secret spices into ground pork and beef. We made about 50 pounds of delightful sausage.

Glad to see your thanksgiving pics! Your aprons turned out great... even though you didn't get to have a kitchen full of kin sporting them!
